Habanos S.A. unveiled a limited-edition cigar humidor called the Montecristo Double Edmundo Travel Humidor during the most recent Tax-Free World Association Expo in Cannes, which was previously held in September each year but has since been canceled.

The cigar itself is a reasonably well-known format for the more seasoned connoisseur of Cuban cigars. The Montecristo Double Edmundo, for example, is 155mm in length and has a large 50-ring gauge. An excellent vitola for those who enjoy cigars with a thick ring gauge. The Double Edmundo, which ranges from medium to full-bodied in strength, exudes the typical Montecristo smells of cocoa, leather, coffee, and almonds.

The humidor is made from expertly varnished wood. It has a humidifying system and an analog hygrometer to keep your cigars in pristine condition at all times.

Cedar, almond and a hint of cherry are the flavors at the top, all encased in a creamy, silky smoke. As we neared the conclusion, further notes of oak and chocolate emerged, carrying us there. The total strength was a medium-full point.

Make sure to set aside the roughly two hours it will take you to gently smoke your way through this cigar. It’s crucial to inhale carefully because the flavors will vanish if you pull on this stick too eagerly.
